Accounts Officer

Candidate should have-

Education: Part qualified ACCA/ICAM/CA

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Treasury.

Soft Skills: Good command on MS Office applications.

Job role includes-

- Weekly Bank Statement upload on SAP

- Monthly working for accrual of interest on TDs

- Update Daily forex rates in SAP

-Coordinate with the bank for Trade Finance balance and to update E-Treasury portal

-Preparation of document (M form, 2D form etc) for foreign payments

-Coordinate with relevant team members/Bank for differences in SAP and bank reports

-To coordinate with departments and collect accrual and provision before monthly closing

-Assist in Monthly expense analysis

-Coordinate with departments and collect BSR schedules on time

-Prepare/Consolidate detail breakup of closing balances in Balance sheet

-Workout capex cash and creditors for monthly closing

-Maintaining fixed asset register and processing all additions, transfers and disposals

-Open Internal orders for Capex, keep track of the budgeting and spending

-Prepare FAR and AUC report

-Asisst in ensuring timely tagging of additions and support the cyclical asset count

-Support in external and internal audits
