Analyst, Payroll

Position Objective:
Ensure the accurate reporting and processing of payroll, benefits, taxes, and social security for over 500 employees. The role will also be responsible for payroll-related accounting reconciliations, benefits administration, management of medical leaves, and other employee-related payments.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Financial Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Knowledge and Technical Requirements:
Colombian labor legislation, payroll processes and social security settlements in companies with over 400 employees, payroll-related accounting reconciliations, taxes, withholdings, and intermediate-level Excel skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in payroll-related positions.
