Analyst, Sourcing

Role Purpose:

To manage procurement processes and supplier relationships in order to ensure timely delivery of quality materials at optimal costs.

Principal Accountabilities:

 Ensure Cost-Effective Procurement:

Manage purchasing processes to acquire materials and services at optimal cost and quality.

Maintain Supplier Relationships:

Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective collaboration.

Monitor Contract Compliance:

Oversee the execution of contracts and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.

Optimize Inventory Levels:

Ensure the availability of necessary materials without causing excessive inventory buildup.

Ensure Cost-Effective Procurement:

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and services.

Research and identify new suppliers to maintain market competitiveness.

Maintain Supplier Relationships:

Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to resolve issues and improve operations.

Continuously evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met.

Monitor Contract Compliance:

Review contracts to ensure alignment with company policies.

Address any breaches or amendments to contracts as needed.

Optimize Inventory Levels:

Regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.

Collaborate with other departments to determine actual material needs.

Job Requierments:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Commerce, or Economics is a must.
SAP experience/background will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is a must.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A valid driving license will be an advantage.
Must be available on call 24 hours a day, as required.
Proactive and self-initiated attitude.
