Preferred candidate profile

  • B2B sales (direct as well as through dealer)
  • Sales and distribution management for entire state.
  • Managing Primary and Secondary Sales and business growth, category and share objectives
  • Managing key accounts
  • Managing customer payments
  • Managing sales team of Executives and Officers (3-5 company employees) including resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery
  • Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.
     

Desirable

  • PG preferred. Or graduate with good qualifications.
  • At least 6-7 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with customer management skills
  • At least 3 years of team leading experience of company employees preferably in ASM or equivalent position is preferred 
  • Experience with reputed B2B companies in leadership positions in their segments is preferred.
