Reports to : Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
· Strengthening the Company’s Business interests in the Marketplace
· Form the vital link between the Company and Customers
Key Accountabilities:
- B2B sales (direct as well as through dealer)
- Sales and distribution management for entire state.
- Managing Primary and Secondary Sales and business growth, category and share objectives
- Managing key accounts
- Managing customer payments
- Managing sales team of Executives and Officers (3-5 company employees) including resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery
- Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.
Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required:
Qualification & Experience:
- PG preferred. Or graduate with good qualifications.
- At least 6-7 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with customer management skills
- At least 3 years of team leading experience of company employees preferably in ASM or equivalent position is preferred
Experience with reputed B2B companies in leadership positions in their segments is preferred.
