Job Purpose:
Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables
Principal Accountabilities:
- B2C Sales – channel sales in an open distribution model
- Sales and distribution for an entire state
- Managing Primary and Secondary Sales and business growth, category and share objectives
- Delivering primary and secondary sales objectives
- Delivering numeric distribution objectives for both direct and indirect distribution
- Managing customer payments and debtor day objectives
- Managing a two tier sales team of Sales Executives and Salesforce (9-10 company employees) including resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery
- Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.
Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required:
- PG preferred. Or graduate with good qualifications.
- At least 6-7 years of prior sales experience in channel sales with customer management skills
- At least 3 years of team leader experience of company employees preferably in ASM or equivalent position
- Experience with reputed B2C companies in leadership positions in their segments
- Industry preference FMCG/Paints/Lubes/Tyres/Consumer durables
