Assistant Manager Engineering

Education and Experience required-

• BE Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Manufacturing/Metallurgy  3-4 years

Job Role includes-

1. Plan, review and implement the overall operation and maintenance of installed machineries (Electrical, Mechanical & Civil).
2. Manage timely completion of budgeted capex including purchasing, installation and commissioning and to maintain financial tracking in coordination with finance team.
3. Asset completion, tagging & disposal in coordination with finance.
4. Monitoring and controlling of engineering related KPIs and to plan projects for productivity savings in order to achieve targets and the group defined sustainability targets
5. Managing Peer review audit/GIA related with engineering department.
6. Assuring Legal & EHS compliances as per local laws and global standards.
7. Exploring and development of specialized and skilled vendors for engineering activities and projects.
8. Team building & development to enhance their efficiency
9. Design, implement and renewal of annual maintenance contract where applicable and required.
10. To assure regular testing/calibration/inspection of machines, measuring equipment & other facilities
11. Manage plant modification to fulfil business needs.
