Assistant Manager Planning and Warehouse

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
• Essential knowledge of overall Supply Chain concepts
• Three year or more experience in storage and custody of materials
• Material management skills
• People management skills
• Analytical skills

Job Role includes-

1. Management of all Raw material warehouses in Karachi plant by directing, initiating and coordinating warehousing and logistics operations to ensure stock accuracy and the control of product flows in line with the global SOPs.
2. Implement and monitor the adherence to health & safety practices, procedures and standards in all inventory locations in Karachi plant to ensure optimum 6s housekeeping, health and safety standards.
3. Oversee and ensure cycle count adherence in all inventory locations according to classification defined and pre-decided rotation plan.
4. Look after supply chain SLOB waste, solid waste, general scrap, manufacturing waste and their disposal process with waste contractor.
5. Implementation and monitoring of all environment and compliance related matters in all storage locations.
6. To enforce Quality Management System (ISO 9000), Health and Safety management systems in all Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouses and to implement Hazardous waste management as per local legal requirements.
7. Being a SAP MM Power user, monitor & control SAP master data maintenance of all Raw Materials including new material creations to ensure planning & inventory systems are aligned.
8. To perform analysis of slow moving and obsolete inventory, coordinate with cross functional departments to plan the reprocessing and the disposal of Inactive stocks.
9. Provide backup and support to Demand & Supply Planning Manager in Demand and Supply Planning process.
10. Ensure materials requirement planning analysis for all raw materials including grey thread, dyes/chemicals, packaging materials to ensure optimum supply planning at Pan Pakistan and plant level.
11. To ensure Engineering store MRP and timely availability of spares and consumables by coordinating with procurement and engineering teams.
12. Monitor Raw Material Stock position and coordination with procurement and central planning team for shortages/incoming deliveries to ensure uninterrupted supplies and production.
