Role Purpose:
- General administration of QAD to deal with purchase request, Bill payment, Attendance, Absenteeism and labour allocation.
- Training for the new recruits and refresher training for the operators.
- Product FG testing and clearing including the D&SM lots.
- SAP Conversion Factor review and confirmation and arrival of new CF factor for the newly launched materials.
- Infobahn base lining and updation.
Principal Accountabilities:
- General administration of QAD.
- Quality training for the new recruits and refresher training for the operators.
- All thew FG testing and clearing including the D&SM lots.
- Audit of SOP in all the departments.
- Review/Upgradation of the current SAP-CF and arrive SAP-CF for the new materials.
- Baseline/Review the data in Infobahn.
- Daily and monthly report of Finishing Process Control.
- Core member of Hazard and risk management team. Responsible for identifying CCPs, deciding upon action plans and implementation and monitoring of systems.
- Responsible to carry out the GOTS/GRS internal audit as per plan, identifying deviations and implementation of corrective action.
- Authority for TUC clearance in consumer segment. In absence of QAM.
- Knowledge about related energy / resource conservation Knowledge about related energy / resource conservation Knowledge about related energy / resource conservation.
- Knowledge about related waste management system Knowledge about related waste management system Knowledge about related waste management system.
- To Investigate safety related incident and EHS related incident - to get root causes and to implement corrective action with assistance Eng. Team /Safety team/Training dept/EHS dept.
- Responsible for ensuring safety in the respective working area.
- Daily allocation of the testers and operators for the routine work and special tests if any.
- Check the daily attendance and monitor the daily absenteeism.
- Select the new hands for recruitment and to give quality training as per the standard. Evaluation of the new trained hands and to allocate them for the job.
- To give refresher training to the existing operators/testers and evaluate the effectiveness.
- To monitor the testing of all the finished goods and evaluate the trend. Highlights the findings for the corrective and preventive action. Monitor the testing of D&SM lots and clearing.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Textile preferred) or Master’s in Textile.
- 7-10 Years of experience in Quality.
- Currently working as Assistant manager in Quality department and having good knowledge of Statistical application to Quality Control and Quality Analysis and Quality Assurance.

- Communication skills in various language.
- Operations Systems Knowledge.
