Role Purpose:
To manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials efficiently, ensuring accurate stock maintenance, timely material availability, and compliance with company procedures to support smooth operational activities.

Principal Accountabilities:
General Stores related Job: (Stores & Spares, Chemical Godown, Dyes Godown &
Dry Chemical Godown):
- Responsible for Stores incoming material receipts / issue and preparation of GRN on time.
- 100 % responsible for general store housekeeping and FIFO follow up.
- Stores related complaints & follow up of day today activity.
- Follow up work of GRN preparation and completion activity & follow up in sending the GRN papers to Finance for bill passing after ensuring the value.
- Daily STO Follow up & ensuring the prompt / on time delivery.
- MR pending follow up & ensuring the work updating.
Manufacturing Waste related Job:
- Collect the MFG waste and get the reservation from user department.
- Check the reservation and post the document to update the stock.
- Responsible for 100 % stock accuracy in Manufacturing waste collection and / follow up Stock.
- Responsible for Monthly Manufacturing waste reconciliation work.
Scrap Yard related Job:
- Responsible for Scrap yard (30 item) stock to be maintained in a register / Monitoring in weekly basis.
- Responsible and Ensuring 100 % safety working in all area in my control.
- Safety permit preparation work while unloading Silicon material/ machinery unloading time as and when required.
- Each quarter send the projected qty to procurement for tendering purpose.
- To get awarding letter and sale orders from Procurement.
Fully Responsible for the below mentioned jobs:
- Safety zone owner report / weekly.
- CR reporting report / monthly.
- Material receipt for granulation bill passing monthly basis.
- Waste / collection / Sales monthly reports.
- Scrap sales report / Monthly.
- Ensuring the safe working culture with respect our area.
- All excises follow up work with respect to outgoing material on daily basis.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Any bachelor’s or master’s Degree. Preferred: Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Materials Management background.
- ERP / SAP MM & SD module knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience 6 to 8 years in Stores and Material Management knowledge.
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of textile production processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff from floor workers to senior managers.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills.
