Assistant Manager Technical Services

Candidate should have-

- Relevant experience of 3-5 years in garment industry

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Industrial/Garment Engineering

Job Role includes-

- Assist in Technical Advisory and business development initiatives

- Responsible of handling routine customer complaints and accordingly provide solutions

- Educating customers about productivity enhancement solutions through technical sessions/thread trials

- Liaison with North Sales Team for the collaborative business development opportunities

- Support North  Sales Team on technical queries and problems on-ground

- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, security procedures and instructions

- Works proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the company
