Human Resources Business Partner - Marcocco

Role Purpose:

The HRBP for Morocco will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to business leaders, ensuring HR strategies and practices align with both local regulations and global standards. This role is pivotal in driving talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the Moroccan market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with country leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on Moroccan labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and diversity goals.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with local legislation.
  • Support organizational change, including restructuring, onboarding, and cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR programs.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights into improving employee experience and business outcomes.

 

Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar Managerial position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Fluent in English
