Role Purpose:
The Associate Manager, Sales is responsible for driving profitable growth within the assigned territory. By blending market intelligence with high-service standards, you will expand our market presence and ensure excellence in service delivery and sales execution.
What you will do:
- Manage monthly and annual sales plans, identifying new business opportunities and implementing strategic action plans.
- Act as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely order execution and resolving service challenges professionally.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams to achieve order fulfillment KPIs and cost efficiency.
- Oversee the credit cycle, manage outstanding balances, and minimize financial risks.
- Collect and report on competitor activities, product innovations, and customer feedback.
- Jointly plan opportunities with global account teams to meet international buyer expectations.
Who you are:
- BBA (Marketing preferred) or equivalent business degree.
- 4+ years in a sales management role, preferably within a multinational environment.
- A track record of delivering on profit commitments and closing complex sales.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to engage with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
