The Senior HR Operations Manager will lead and oversee the HR operations team for the Footwear Division, ensuring the seamless execution of HR services and processes that support organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize HR systems, manage compliance, and lead process improvement initiatives, all while ensuring a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, a strong understanding of employment laws, and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee and manage all HR operational activities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.

Employee Experience

  • Ensure seamless and consistent delivery of HR services to employees and managers.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations and operational issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee accurate and timely reporting on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and compliance data.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with internal teams such as IT, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrated HR service delivery.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through effective communication and HR process alignment.

 

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Team management skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • MSc in HR is a plus
