Job Purpose:

Manage HR Transactional’ s activities at site (focus on Data maintain and Occupational Health check) to ensure services deliver smoothly & compliance

  1. HR Data Updating & Personnel file
  • Maintain and update employee information into the HRIS (local system and SF) to ensure that the information is updated timely and accurately.
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ensure the HR filing system is well established: up-to-date, accessible, professional, labelling.
  • Responsible for all personnel data and ensure compliance with procedures.

  • Generate HR reports and provide HR metrics as requested by management

 

  1. Onboarding & New Hire Administration
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees such as preparing employee access cards for new hire.
  • Register employee fingerprint/biometric attendance records and ensure system accuracy.
  • Ensure the issuing the first employment contracts for new hires follow to law requirement

 

3. Occupational Health Check-Up Administration

  • Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations for new hires.
  • Organize annual occupational health check-ups and other health screening programs for employees.
  • Liaise with medical providers, clinics, and healthcare vendors regarding appointments and schedules.
  • Maintain records of employee medical examination status and completion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and company policies.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews related to employee health and wellness programs

Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required:

 

  • University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or related degrees preferred
  • Good HR local Law knowledge and having certification of labour auditor is a plus
  • A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in multi-national company of manufacturing industry in medium to large scope
  • Knowledge and experience for Labour Compliance and auditing
  • Good Communication skills within all levels of the organisation, externally and internally.
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • HRIS such as Success Factor, SAP, workdays…
  • Good written and oral English.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint),
