Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities (Principal accountabilities are specific areas of accountability unique to the position requiring decisions or delivery of results. 1. Fully comply with all Coats policies and regulations - Strictly follow CPP’s regulations and standards - Strictly follow SOP of dispatching FG in both SAP system and actual activities - Maintain high standards of 5S, housekeeping and industrial hygiene - Comply with Global anti-corruption and bribery policies 2. Fully understand customer requirements and Coats’ KPIs - Well understand and commit to satisfy customers’ requirements - Well understand targets, KPIs of Coats, department and individuals - Strictly follow instructions from direct supervisor 3. Implement and take responsibility for functional tasks - Can be able to responsibly and effectively implement the following main tasks in Distribution team: - Check and respond internal emails (CS, Sales, Accounting…) and external (customers, forwarders) - Make delivery reports on customers’ system (B2B, ERP...) - Make booking to send samples, documents via international couriers (TNT, DHL, Fedex…) - Control sample orders from Lab HN & HCM - Handling requests to get complaints from customers - Control documents and records relating to Distribution team - Be responsible of goods traceability via Coats’ and forwarders’ systems - Other tasks if required 4. Use and manage assigned facilities - Properly and effectively use and manage assigned facilities for implementing jobs, such as PPE, computers, printers… - Be responsible for security of Company’s properties such as building, inventories, materials… - Be responsible in saving resources such as energy, fuel, water… 5. Continuous improvement - Be active in self-improving personal skills for better performance - Be active in reviewing SOP, WI, procedures for improvement opportunities - Initiative contribution to warehouse process |
