Role Purpose:
The Executive, Sales drives profitable growth within the assigned territory by managing customer accounts, supporting new business development, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong commercial understanding, effective cross-functional coordination, and market awareness to strengthen Coats’ presence while ensuring efficient service delivery.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets within the designated territory.
- Support identification of new customers, market segments, and growth opportunities.
- Execute action plans to drive revenue, volume, and profitability objectives.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Support key account management through effective coordination of orders and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, production planning, and delivery.
- Handle routine customer issues and service requests and escalate as required.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support achievement of order fulfillment KPIs while maintaining process efficiency.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for timely reconciliation.
- Support adherence to company credit policies to minimize financial risk.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer feedback, and product trends.
- Prepare and share basic sales reports and updates with internal stakeholders.
- Support collaboration with local and global account teams to execute aligned business development plans.
Education, Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate preferably from reputed business institution
- 2+ years inline experience, MNC preferred, fresher are also encouraged to apply
- Strong background in account/sales management
- Track record of closing sales and delivering on profit commitments
- Ability to travel extensively
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal/ communication skills
