Job purpose

 

The main responsibilities of the job include managing invoices, collections, customer accounts reconciliations. The candidate is familiar with all accounting procedures and can manage Branch financial activities end to end independently.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Managing of Bank transactions.
  • Issue of Debit and Credit notes to the customers
  • Periodic review of customer accounts and obtain Balance Confirmations from the customers.
  • Negotiate with the customers in nonpayment or account reconciliation issues.
  • Timely accounting of bills and payments to vendors.
  • Managing of Petty Cash.
  • Preparation of PF/ESI/PT challans and ensure payment within due date.
  • Performing day to day financial activities.
  • Preparing daily/monthly/quarterly reports on financial/ Sales/ collections/ /Customer performance etc.,
  • Stay updated on legislative and professional knowledge.
