Job Purpose |
To identify, attract and hire qualifies candidates for open roles. Liaison with the hiring managers and candidates ensuring the good fit for the organisation. |
Manage end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiation. They will also be responsible for ensuring positive candidate experience.
