Job Purpose

To identify, attract and hire qualifies candidates for open roles. Liaison with the hiring managers and candidates ensuring the good fit for the organisation.

 

Manage end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiation. They will also be responsible for ensuring positive candidate experience.

 

 

Key Result Areas

Describe the key result areas (KRA’s) of the job.  Indicate end results not duties or activities.  These KRA’s should form the basis of the incumbent’s personal objectives.

 

  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, IJPs and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to fulfil current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with candidates, offering insights about the company and job opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback to support the selection process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.

 

 

Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required

Describe the essential background and experience required to perform the job rather than the knowledge and qualifications the job holder has.

•           Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

•           2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

•           Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•           Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

•           Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
