Job Purpose:

The role focuses on the day-to-day management of HR operations and administration of HR services, ensuring smooth execution of people processes and adherence to HR policies. It supports the HR Business Partnering agenda by delivering efficient, employee-centric services that enhance workforce experience, data accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness within the organization.

 

Key Result Areas

  • HR Operations Management: Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes such as onboarding, payroll inputs, HRIS updates, exit formalities, and employee documentation.
  • HR Data & Compliance: Maintain accuracy of employee records and ensure adherence to statutory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Employee Experience: Deliver consistent, high-quality HR services that enhance employee satisfaction and reinforce a culture of responsiveness and care.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • HRBP Support: Partner with HR team members to provide data insights, manage HR transactions, and enable execution of key people initiatives such as performance management, engagement, and talent programs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage third-party HR service providers (background verification, insurance, HRIS, etc.) to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and SLA adherence.
  • Audit Governance: Ensure audit preparedness through regular checks, documentation accuracy, and adherence to HR governance standards and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and employees to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

 

Knowledge, Competencies and Key Behaviours Required

 

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR operations processes (onboarding to exit)
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools
  • Proficiency in HR systems, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement orientation.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in execution.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-centric, agile, and collaborative approach to work
