Position Title: Executive - Marketing

Location: Bangalore

 

Role Purpose: To drive end-to-end execution of marketing and communication initiatives across Corporate, Segment (Apparel & Footwear), and Plant-level activities. The role is responsible for implementing approved communication plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders and agencies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets across platforms.

 

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:

1. Internal Communications (Corporate & Plant Level)

  • Execute internal communication campaigns across plants and HO as per approved plans.
  • Support plant-level communication including safety campaigns, productivity drives, sustainability initiatives, CSR activities, and engagement events.
  • Coordinate with plant HR and operations teams for content inputs and approvals.
  • Develop posters, standees, notice board creatives, and digital screen content for plant deployment.
  • Maintain internal communication calendar and archive of assets.

2. External Communication Support (Apparel & Footwear)

  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, product flyers, case studies, website updates, social media content, and customer presentations.
  • Translate technical product inputs into structured communication drafts.
  • Coordinate with commercial and technical teams for accurate information gathering.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all assets.
  • Maintain segment-wise content repository and update materials periodically.

3. Trade Shows, Events & Exhibitions Execution

  • Support execution of domestic and international trade fairs, forums, and customer events.
  • Coordinate artwork development, printing, stall branding elements, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Manage production of backdrop creatives, product display panels, presentation decks, and event invites.
  • Support pre-event and post-event communication rollout.
  • Coordinate logistics of marketing materials for events.

4. Campaign Implementation & Tracking

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, internal, and on-ground platforms.
  • Manage timelines, track approvals, and ensure on-time delivery of assets.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for design, video, and fabrication requirements.
  • Maintain trackers for campaigns, events, and content deliverables.
  • Compile engagement metrics and campaign reports.

5. Brand & Asset Governance

  • Ensure all communication follows brand guidelines and approved messaging frameworks.
  • Maintain central repository of logos, templates, brand assets, and marketing files.
  • Support standardization of communication formats across plants and segments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control of marketing materials

 

Key Relationships:

 

Internal: Apparel & Footwear Commercial teams, Technical Services teams, Plant HR teams, Plant Operations teams.

External: Creative and design agencies, printing and fabrication vendors, event management agencies, exhibition organizers, digital marketing partners, content/video production agencies, and logistics vendors for event materials

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

 

Essential:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Communications / Corporate Communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Desirable:

  • Experience in manufacturing or B2B industry preferred.
