Job Title: Executive – Quality Assurance

Role Purpose:

 

  • Understand the KPI’s of QA function and Customer Specific requirement (CSR), Brand specific report requirements and crafting systems at shopfloor to meet the QA function KPI’s and CSR.
  • Deploy the Customer specific requirement, brand specific reports, brand specific inspection systems, at shop floor.
  • Prepare Process FMEA, Product FMEA, CCP, CCP action plan along with manufacturing departments.
  • Monitor the progress of FMEA, CCP and CCP action deployment, improvement gained.
  • Seven fundamental Quality tools and Five Quality core tools deployment.
  • Monitor the progress of the Seven fundamental Quality tools and Five Quality core tools and improvements.
  • Training of FMEA, CCP, Seven fundamental quality tools, Five Quality core tools for the new recruits and refresher training for the Manufacturing team of all levels

 

Principal Accountabilities: 

 

  • Responsible for ensuring safety in the respective working areas.                
  • Quality protocol handling at the shop floor.
  • FMEA, Process control audit schedule planning and execution as per the plan.                           
  • Coordinating between internal departments  and taking minutes of meeting and execution of process control at shop floor.   
  • Updating of quality trends weekly / monthly / Quarterly.      
  • Circulating reports to concerned departments and brands.
  • Updating / creation of SOP if needed.                           
  • Spec corrections as per the QA advise.
  • Summarization of brand requirements and training to manufacturing team.
  • Assigning training to QA operators, examiners, packers, operatives on process control, FMEA, 10 Green lies, CSR.

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Any bachelor’s or master’s Degree in textile or related field.
  • 3-5 Years experience into garment manufacturing.
  • Good communication written and verbal.
  • Proficiency over ISO management system.
  • Proficiency over seven quality tools, five quality core tools.
  • Requires proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Dashboard, PowerPoint, & SAP.

 

Desirable:

 

  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma projects and got Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
  • Creativity and customer service.
