Role Purpose:

The Executive - Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-IT, commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and corporate support functions. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring quality talent within agreed timelines while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The incumbent will partner closely with business stakeholders, leverage recruitment systems and data, and drive efficient hiring processes aligned with organizational talent requirements.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):

1. End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition creation to offer rollout and candidate onboarding.
  • Understand position requirements and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, feedback collection, and offer management.
  • Ensure positions are closed within defined turnaround times and business expectations.

2. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Management

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking channels.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments to evaluate fitment against role requirements.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, talent availability, and recruitment challenges.
  • Influence stakeholders on best recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.

4. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding application status, interview scheduling, and offer processes.
  • Represent the organization professionally and strengthen employer branding through candidate interactions.

5. ATS & Recruitment Process Management

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and job requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation requirements, and audit standards.
  • Generate recruitment reports and recruitment metrics as required.

6. Recruitment Data & Analytics

  • Track and analyse key recruitment metrics such and maintain recruitment dashboards, provide periodic updates to stakeholders etc.

7. Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives as required.

 

Who you are (Requirements):

1. Educational Qualification

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

2. Experience

  • 6-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for Non-IT, Manufacturing, Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to high-volume as well as niche hiring requirements.

3. Technical & Functional Skills

  • Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing channels and talent mapping.
  • Proficiency in recruitment reporting, data management, and analytics.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
