Job Purpose

  • The Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing in delivering the marketing strategy and plan to target commercial growth globally for Coats Footwear
  • Track campaign performance, set KPIs, manage day to day budget of campaign spend and review the ROI to inform

 

Key Responsibilities

Global Strategy & Planning

  • Develop/execute global marketing strategies with the Global Head of Marketing to boost Coats brand awareness and leads.
  • Identify industry trends, technological advancements, and market insights (e.g., consumer behavior, competitive landscape) to inform strategy updates.

Product Marketing & GTM

  • Lead product marketing initiatives, managing the development and execution of GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for new product launches and market expansion.
  • Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis to ensure successful market entry and adoption.

Social media & Email Marketing

  • Execute social media strategies in authentic "social media language," delivering cross-channel integrated campaigns.
  • Lead creative, media, and content teams to optimize campaign performance, tracking key metrics (CTR, open rates, etc.).

Exhibition & Event Marketing

  • Plan and execute global exhibition and event strategies to showcase Coats products and innovations.
  • Coordinate booth design, interactive experiences, and live demonstrations to engage attendees and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure event success and alignment with business objectives.

Measurement & Report

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, open rates, conversion rates) across all marketing campaigns.
  • Produce regular performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide strategic adjustments.
  • Use data insights to optimize future campaigns and enhance overall marketing ROI.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • At least 5-6 years’ experience in marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good content creation skills
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Industry
  • AI & Video creation skill
