Role Purpose:
Global Rewards Sr. Manager will be responsible for managing and co-ordination of the global reward cycle (bonus and salary review) driving timely and accurate delivery and excellent employee engagement.
The role will be contributing to reward strategy & policy development for Coats Group and acts as is an internal consultant to drive Rewards & Remuneration within the Division/Region.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage the full annual reward cycle and off cycle reviews for the full division/region with the support from country reward colleagues to ensure salary proposals, changes, promotions are aligned.
- Conduct the job evaluation based on the Mercer methodology.
- Drive projects including but not limited to divisional harmonization of rewards policies, benchmarking, job architecture.
- Providing high quality advice and support to HR and management within the division to deliver high quality reward products aligned to the global reward strategy.
- Act as the functional leader for reward within the division/region and guiding and developing the team members across sub regions and markets.
- Perform compensation-related M&A or organization change work as necessary – due diligence, retention, integration, etc.
- End to end global mobility support across the Group – including benefits renewals, drafting of assignment contracts & liaising with advisers as needed.
- Supporting with the day to day operations of employee share schemes.
Who you are (Requirements):
- Works comfortably in an international diverse culture/environment.
- Working experience in international assignment & mobility management.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Strategic and yet meticulous with ability for attending to details.
- Organization skills, proficient with needs analysis, design, delivery and post implementation review.
- Can-do attitude, driven, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
What will set you apart (Nice to Have):
- Post Graduate in Human Resources Management or related degree with managerial experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in Rewards & Remuneration with at least the last 5 years leading a regional or global role.
- Key user capability for success factors, or similar HRIS.
- Able to use Excel/Power BI to create engaging reports and presentations.
