Role Purpose

 

As an integral part of the HR team, lead a strong collaboration with business and HR leadership to enable organizational success. Own the entire employee lifecycle – set the stage for high performance, champion an inclusive culture and build a truly engaged team. Serve as a consultant to the leadership team by building strong relationships with business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance, and ensuring effective and consistent employee experience across the organization.

 

 

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely in partnership with Business Leadership to contribute fresh perspectives and insights, and craft HR strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Talent Magnet: Drive talent management, development, engagement and retention initiatives by working with managers to identify skill gaps, plan succession, and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Organizational Builder: Identify opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness, including process improvements, team dynamics, and change management strategies.
  • Positive Vibes Ambassador: Foster a welcoming and inclusive culture, making every team member feel valued, celebrate differences and spark creativity across our vibrant teams.
  • Performance Champion: Lead the Performance Management Processes (goal setting, regular feedback, performance evaluations) by building the right capability in people managers.
  • Learning Enthusiast: Partner with L&D team to help curate and lead relevant learning initiatives aligned with our stakeholders’ development needs and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Data Explorer: Dive into HR metrics & analytics to uncover trends, guide our actions using data-driven insights and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Change Catalyst: Collaborate seamlessly with various teams to drive smooth execution of exciting changes and initiatives that shape the future of our organization.
  • Trusted Advisor: offer insights and solutions on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
  • HR Expertise: Bring outside-in perspective, stay updated with latest industry trends and collaborate with larger HR and business teams to support organizational development/ change initiatives.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Essential

Desirable

  • MBA in HR, with  2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Experience in crafting and implementing HR strategies and interventions that enable business success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to turn business objectives and people nuances into HR initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • External certifications in HR.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends.
