Role Purpose:
To deliver, comply and work in partnership with people concerning on the daily basic to provide them with advise, guidance and coaching about the Company’s concerning policies, procedures and processes relating throughout every stage of employees’ employment in Branch including recruitment, welcome onboard, progression, retirement.… at the same time ensure the delivery of all agreed KPI on recruitment, EES, compliance (all kind of insurance, employees’ documentation, all kinds of reports, ....)
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:
- Accountable for delivery of People Strategies as HR business partner to business function.
- Ensure effective implementation of People Strategy at the business unit in alignment with Global People Strategies.
- Deliver the right learning and development program and initiatives for operators.
- People Acquisition
- Ensure the manpower supply as common agreement in term of quantity, quality and timeline

- Be responsible for full-filing manpower as business demands
- Guide, coach people concerning to ensure the application of relation protocol in hiring, employee progression….
- Utilize sourceing channel/solutions to improve the selection and hiring lead time and quality of candidate -intake.
- Oversee completing all procedures for welcoming employees on-board by ensuring induction training, Coats Code of Conduct, commitment signing, ensure the full of employees’ requirement dossiers….
- Compliance:
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure the delivery of social labor compliance action plans at responsible site, covering the social labor compliance of the contractors.
- Ensure the optimization of HR workflow, process related to own jobs assigned to avoid legal issue, in compliance with Coats policies, guideline, regulations to prevent risk
- Employee Relation Management
- In charge of deliver & work in partnership with all functions & concerning peoples
- Support delivers all kinds of communication both for ad hoc & periodically plan assigned by Line Manager
- Implement industrial relations policies and frame work for the sites. Execute ER strategies for sites aligned with overall ER strategies.
- Ensure the optimization of HR workflow, process to reduce legal issue, in compliance with Coats policies, guideline, regulations to prevent risk
- Support to prepare necessary documents / logistics for meetings with Trade Union and other employee representative groups including but not limited to negotiations on Collective Agreement, annual congress.
- Arrange counseling sessions for employees where relevant, facilitate workplace wellness initiatives, help manage staff transitions during organizational changes
- Employee Engagement
- Coordinate with related parties to organize company events in responsible site.
- Ensure effective delivery and implementation of Global Employee Engagement programs to make sure it’s alignment with global employee engagement strategy.
- Support employee engagement programs, track workplace culture and satisfaction, and collect feedback to inform HR strategies.
- Others:
- In charge of all kinds of reports (short/ ad-hoc reports and periodically report….) relating to jobs assigned.
