Role Purpose

· To support and maintain the organizations HRIS applications – Success Factors.

· To support and deliver Recruitment of Band 8 and 9 Candidates.

 

Principal Accountabilities & Key Activities

· Working with stakeholders to gather and analyse manpower requirements and drive a plan to source and recruit Workers, Team Leaders, Analysts and FTA’s.

· Establish rapport with external community to build a pool of candidates.

· Maintenance of Employee records on Success Factors.

· Timely employee record creation and termination of records in Success Factors.

· Maintain the HRIS system and Generate HRIS reports.

· Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Education – MBA, MHRM, MSW

Experience – 2-5 years

 

Knowledge and understanding of:

· Proficiency in English.

· Knowledge of HR Software or any other software.

· Experience in Data Entry

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

· Familiarity with HR policies and procedures

· Ability to keep information confidential
