HRIS Administrator

Location: India, Bangladesh

 

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Administrator to support a high-impact data migration project into our HR system, SAP SuccessFactors. This role will work closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR data and systems, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of data quality and integrity.

 

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:

  • Support the end-to-end data migration process from legacy HR systems and excel files into SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Assist in data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues.
  • Help develop and maintain data templates and documentation.
  • Perform data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Support testing and provide post-migration data validation.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, HR, finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails for data migration activities.
  • Provide general HRIS administration support as needed.

 

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience working with HR data in a systems or administrative capacity.
  • Understanding of HRIS platforms, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables) for data manipulation and validation.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Desirable:

  • Previous experience with data migration projects is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data protection and GDPR compliance.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data structures (e.g., employee lifecycle, position data).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or Business Administration, (or equivalent experience).
