Role Purpose

  • Winding  cones, cops of dye-yarn as production requirement

 

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

[Focus on 4 – 6 main accountability areas with up to 4 activities for each]

  • Follow procedures, work instructions for operating winding machine
  • Ensure productivity, quality of winding meet company requirements.
  • Operate winding machines following defined instructions, monitor winding process to adjust  tension and layer
  • Check the quality of pre and post winding WIP so that only qualified WIP are transferred to the next step
  • Keep machines, controlling box and surrouding areas clean and tidy
