LRM Coordinator

Role Purpose

• Đảm bảo sử dụng đúng phần mềm LRM để thực hiện tất cả các yêu cầu nhuộm trong phòng Lab theo đúng các hướng dẫn công việc.
• Đảm báo sử dụng đúng phần mềm Clor stitch để thực hiện đo mẫu , chỉnh sữa màu sắc công thức để đạt hiệu quả tối đa cho tất cả yêu cẩu nhuộm trong Lab
• To ensure correct using of LRM software for logging and efficient processing of all laboratory requests in line with SOPs.
• To ensure the correct use of Colour Stitch to conduct colour measurement, assess the colour and adjusted the recipe of all laboratory batches in order to efficiently service all LRM requests.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

An toàn và vệ sinh : Safety & Housekeeping

• Tuân thủ chính sách an toàn sức khỏe của Công ty
• Đảm bảo tất cả tai nạn lao động/cận tai nạn hoặc suýt bị tai nạn phải được báo cáo ngay cho cấp quản lý
• Quan sát để nhận diện các khu vực có thể cải thiện an toàn và báo cáo cho cấp quản lý hoặc người có liên quan.
• Duy trì vệ sinh nhà xưởng khu vực làm việc.
• Follow Company Health and Safety regulation.
• Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are reported immediately for Lab supervisor.
• Actively look for areas where safety can be improved to report to relevant people.
• Maintain standards for housekeeping.

Năng suất và chất lượng/ Productivity/Quality:

• Chuẩn hóa máy quang phổ đúng thời hạn theo SOP 010-1.
• Hồi ẩm mẫu trong tủ hồi ẩm trước khi đo mẫu theo SOP 028-1.
• Đo mẫu tất cả mẻ nhuộm trong Lab theo SOP 011-1.
• Đảm bảo tất cả BRD/BRI được đánh giá pass/fail theo tiêu chuẩn đã được phê duyệt.
• Đảm bảo tất cả mẫu DTM phải được duyệt dưới tủ đèn.
• Dựa vào kết quả pass/fail từ hệ thống để quyết định pass/fail hoặc sữa chữa.
• Cung cấp công thức sữa chữa chất lượng cao để giảm số lần nhuộm ( Attempt per shade)
• Giao mẫu chất lượng cao cho khách hàng.
• Đảm bảo tất cả công thức mới được phát triển sử dụng đúng tam giác màu đã được duyệt và đúng tam giác màu theo tiêu chuẩn toàn cầu cho các màu trong bảng màu và màu đặc biệt.
• Liên tục cải tiến RFT nhuộm trong Lab ( attempt per shade  )
• Đạt hoặc vượt hơn sự mong đợi về thời gian sản xuất trong Lab và đảm bảo các trường hợp đặc biệt phải được chủ động báo cho cấp quản lý hoặc những người liên quan.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ theo tất cả hướng dẫn liên quan công việc trong Lab
• Báo cáo cho tổ trưởng các sự cố liên quan đến tủ hồi ẩm và máy quang phổ.
• Calibrate the spectrophotometers in timely manner following Global SOP 010-1.
• Condition the samples in the cabinet following Global conditioning SOP 028-1
• Measure all Lab dyelots into the Colour Stitch system following Global SOP 011-1.
• Ensure all BRD/BRI are assessed pass/fail following the approved tolerances.
• Ensure all samples are checked under light box.
• Interpret colour difference data from Colour Stitch to determine if batch has passed or failed, and to decide whether redye is required.
• As required, provide high quality redye recipes ensuring focus on minimisation of attempts per shade.
• Submit high quality thread matches to customers.
• Ensure all new recipes are developed using approval Coats global dyestuff triangulations and all shade card shades, Colour Atlas shades and GKA shades use the correct global specific triangulation.
• Drive continual improvement (reduction) in dyeing attempts per request for laboratory requests.
• Meet and exceed laboratory service lead time targets and to ensure that exceptions are properly and proactively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Fully comply with all relevant laboratory SOPs.
• Report to Lab supervisor if there is any issues with conditioning Cabinet, Spectrophotometer.
