Role Purpose

 

Responsible for coordinating sample requests from customers, internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, following our service commitment to customers and brands. Manage recipe in lab and bulk to improve quality and service.

 

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

   

  1. Manage recipe from lab to bulk to improve service and quality of colour.
  2. Be responsible for continuous improvement project in lab to enhance service, increase productivity.
  3. Manage the sample and recipe requirements request on daily basis, coordinate with other teams to improve service for sample and recipe.
  • Coordinate with Planning to allocate resource for Lab if required.
  • Monitor / improve the rate of order for sample stock in bulk.
  • Daily analyse and continuously reduce attempts per shades as well as improve the total output of samples per day.
  • Coordinate with customers/CX and dyehouse to minimize customer complaints on sample lead time, colour metamerism and shade variation between lab to bulk.
