Maintenance Lead

Education requirements-

1. Bachelor of Engineering/DAE (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Job Role includes- 

1. Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with Production team.
2. Maintaining Job order management system
3. To ensure minimum breakdown in machines including Dyehouse, Finishing and Utilities
4. To ensure all utility & machine parameters required for Production must be achieved in coordination with Process controller (Dye House)
5. To maintain and control consumption of local and imported spares
6. Preparation of Kaizen & OPL related with operations & EHS
7. To maintain electrical supply system including HT/LT & gensets
8. To control operational KPI’s mainly Electricity, Fossil & Water consumption.
9. To ensure all H&S requirements to be timely completed including Intelex actions
10. To ensure safe maintenance operations by in house team and contractors.
11. To supervise jobs being executed by contractors/service providers
12. To maintain general maintenance of plant including Air Conditioners, Coolers, Lights, Fans etc
