Maintenance Lead

Education & Experience-

BSc Engineering or BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 2-3 years of relevant experience. 

Job Role includes-

1. Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with Production team.
2. Maintaining Job order management system
3. To ensure minimum breakdown in machines including Dyehouse, Finishing and Utilities
4. To ensure smooth Utility Operations such as Compressor, Boiler, RO plant, Water Storage, Diesel Generator and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
5. To ensure all utility & machine parameters required for Production must be achieved in coordination with Process controller (Dye House)
6. To maintain and control consumption of local and imported spares
7. Preparation of Kaizen & OPL related with operations & EHS
8. To maintain electrical supply system including HT/LT & gensets
9. To control operational KPI’s mainly Electricity, Fossil & Water consumption
10. To control and ensure all Waste Water Parameters and Emissions meet with PEQs
11. To ensure all H&S requirements to be timely completed including Intelex actions
12. To ensure safe maintenance operations by in house team and contractors.
13. To supervise jobs being executed by contractors/service provider
14. To maintain general maintenance of plant including Air Conditioners, Coolers, Lights, Fans etc
