Manager, Engineering

Manage Engineering team to make sure all machinery, facility, WWTP are under good conditions to support smooth production. Lead and drive projects to ensure normal production and support factory expansion/ business development when necessary; assist and support the site manager in the operation management and strategic planning of the factory.
Production equipment and facility
•    Manage all equipment and facility as well as all maintenance activities to meet the requirements of Coats’s EHS and state’s regulations, with zero accident target
•    Resolve all kinds of problems of equipment and infrastructures across the factory, with overall machine down time rate below the target.
Project management
•    Lead and supervise the completion of projects, including capacity expansion and facility renovation.
•    Responsible for machine upgrading, new machine installation & buyoff, infrastructures modification and expansion and so on 
Cost management
•    Taking responsibility of management of spare parts inventory and control the inventory cost.
•    Lead projects with savings as plan
•    Control the overall costs of machines’ maintenance/repairing as well as infrastructure’s maintenance to meet the targets.
•    Manage the labour hours cost of the department to meet target.
Sustainability
•    Manage power and energy supply, ensure KPIs of Power consumption, water consumption, oil/gas consumption meeting targets and continuous improvement.
People management
•    Responsible for new employee’s training and optimizing department’s training system.
•    Effectively management of behaviour disciplines for the department.
•    Through people management to build a high productivity and fast leaning team, maintain the morale of whole team.
EHS &WWTP
•    Ensure that the effluent treatment plant is always operating normally.
•    Manage all EHS activities and be sure all are complying.
KPI
•    All KPIs of engineering department should meet the target, such as machine downtime, RO recycling rate, ESG etc
