Role Purpose:
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead the organization’s FP&A operations, embedding best practices and driving excellence across business finance. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement.
The FP&A Manager will proactively identify and pursue value-adding opportunities, collaborating extensively with business, finance, and technology stakeholders. With strong execution energy, the individual will design and implement effective end-to-end solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall financial performance.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:
- FP&A Leadership: Drive and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Performance Analysis: Deliver clear, actionable analysis of financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Process Excellence: Embed best practices in FP&A operations, continuously improving processes, tools, and methodologies to strengthen financial management capabilities.
- Value Creation: Identify and pursue opportunities to add value through cost optimization, revenue growth initiatives, and productivity enhancements.
- Solution Implementation: Lead the design and execution of end-to-end financial solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of integrity and transparency.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Education, Qualifications and Experience

- Qualified Accountant with minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience.
- At least 5 years of exposure in FP&A role at managerial level
- Hands on experience in implementing centralised FP&A model
- Strong leadership skills, exposure to operate with senior finance team, leading and developing remote teams
- Non-positional influencing skills
- Hands on with accounting principles and procedures
- Internal Accounting standards knowledge
- Strong written + verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP finance modules
- Proficiency in advance MS Excel
- English Proficiency
- Ability to get into details without losing sight of the macro picture.
