Manager, Market Business Control

Makes the company current accounting, observing the legal acts of the state legislature (including Accountancy Law, The National Accounts Plan, The National and International Accounting Standards, etc.). Follows strictly the legislature and keeps legislative deadlines.

Manages, organizes, supervises and is responsible for overall financial and accounting activities of the enterprise. Provides financial control of the enterprise and makes economic analyzes of the company's business

1.Participates in monthly and annual accounting reporting of the company according to Bulgarian legislature and Coats standards;
2.Support Financial Planning & Analysis including product costing, supplementary pack preparation, Front End Tool preparation. Give explanation on variations between plan and previous year’s actual numbers. 
3. Organize the finance team’s daily work, manage the overall relationship with DXC team
4. Finance control over expenses, support local and divisional management with analysis
5. Authorize vendor and other payments (regulatory) in the bank portal
6. Support internal audit process, and be the lead on local Key Control Self-assessment annual exercise
7. Support NWC reduction initiatives, focus on SLOB reporting and preventive actions, support customer collection, work with procurement team to increase vendor payment days. 
8. Supervise the Balance Sheet reconciliation process. 

Observe the rules for safe and healthy working conditions and rules for fire protection. 
Observe the rules of internal labor order and other company documents, regulations, orders.
