Role Purpose:

• The Data & Technology Lead is the technical engine of the Commercial Transformation team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the data and technology infrastructure that enables Coats to drive and deliver commercial.
• Your objective is to ensure that our technology stack (centered on HubSpot) is fully integrated, our data is pristine, and our global teams are actually using the tools provided. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and hands-on technical execution, ensuring that "Digital Transformation" translates into measurable operational efficiency

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):

• Data Integrity & Hygiene:
  • Own the end-to-end data quality lifecycle across all platforms (CRM, SAP, CDMS, ShopCoats).
  • Design and enforce data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and "one version of the truth" globally.
  • Lead proactive data cleansing and deduplication workstreams within HubSpot and integrated ERPs.
• Digital Tool Adoption & Tracking:
  • Define and monitor adoption metrics for HubSpot (Sales & Service modules) and other digital tools such as brand-vendor relationship management tool for commercial teams.
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify "friction points," providing actionable insights where additional training or system refinements are needed.
• System Integration & Data Migration:
  • Map and manage the flow of data between different systems including HubSpot, SAP/ERP systems, ShopCoats and AI agents.
  • Lead technical data migration projects when transitioning legacy divisions or regional offices into the global standardized stack.
• AI & Automation Enablement:

• Provide the technical architecture required to deploy AI agents, ensuring they have access to the right data sets to improve response speeds and customer experience.

Who you are (Requirements):

• 4–6 years’ experience in data-centric technical role (Data Lead, Systems Architect, or CRM Manager).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale data migrations and complex system integrations.
• A meticulous eye for detail—you view "data hygiene" as a mission-critical priority, not an afterthought.
• Knowledge of CRM architecture, including API integrations, custom objects, and workflow automation.
