NPI - QMS Supervisor

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

•    IATF 16949 program, COC reviewing and approve, Submit PPAP documents (13 items) when having request, MSA, SPC record for C&K products Gentherm Customer.

•    Review for CF new/change, annually review for these Article accounting for 85% production in year.

•    Master list of measuring tools/testing equipment, Internal & external calibration schedule - SOP-008-QA

•    Set up new product trial plan & closely work with production/ TAS team for product realization SOP-009-QA/ SOP-012-QA. Log ticket to upload specs on SAP-QM.  Specs for customers when having updates new products•    Review and update CPP product standards follow Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31,2008 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality.

•     Verify incoming TCs of Ecoverde GT for incoming shipment in Control Union system

•    Recycle GT/FG Mass balance follow CU format

•    Water quality monthly test.

•    Go to customer to solve customer complaint and create supplier complaint on SAP and close the complaint on SAP on time for interlining/ reflective tape (check stock at warehouse customer, CPP warehouse).

•    Update Dual code

•    Update data to print nose/box lable

•    Customer / Thirt party Audits

Education, Qualifications and Experience
Essential   

•    University graduate or above with major in chemicals, textile
•    Have the knowledge and experience about Yarn, thread or textile.
•    Have the knowledge and experience about inspection and testing lab, testing requirement, testing method, testing equipments.
•    Have experience about control and issue specification, standard and documents. 
•    Good knowledge in SAP, in the relevant transactions
•    Good at communication and team motivation
•    Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability and a team player    

Desirable
•    Ability of overseeing the internal process of a company and supporting/guiding other people to follow the internal process in a creative manner.
•    Have good supervisory skill, analysis skill, presentation skill & good logical thinking
•    Mature, self-motivated and ability to work with a high level of professional integrity and ethics
•    Good English skill : Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading
