Role Purpose: Responsible for the credit function including customer collection and Account receivable management of China APP Team (3550 Active payers, round $110M annual sales with VAT).
Responsibilities:
1, Collaborate with sales, customer service, finance, and executive team members to maintain the effective
credit control and collection framework for China APP team,
2, Manage customer vetting procedures and approve credit master creation and update(round 3,600 active
payer)
3, Drive monthly collection target success and build the track records in operational level.
4, Make credit block release decision and processes governance on daily basis.
5, Monthly governance and review on credit risk, collection performance and actions required to be taken to
improve(round $110M annual collection).
6, Provide visibility and insight on account receivables activity and KPIs e.g. DSO, BPDSO and overdue, etc.
7, Participate in discussion and conclusion of customer disputes, reconciliation, and debt settlement.
8, Drive and execute for continuous improvement initiatives on credit function effectiveness and efficiency in
China APP team level.
9, Stakeholder management regarding debtor subject matters e.g. internal & external auditors, inquiry from
PF&A & Senior executives, commercial terms negotiation support etc.
10, Lead China APP team of 6 members to manage all defined O2C processes on timely manner.
Requirements:
1, University Graduation – Accounting, Finance or Business
administration Major, other will be also considered .
depended on experience.
2, At least 5-year experience in O2C/debtor management.
3, Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (writing
& speaking).
4, Strong system skillset and Microsoft software (Excel,
PowerPoint, Words and Outlook).
5, Growth mindset and resilience.
6, Good numeracy skill and analytical mindset.
7, High level of integrity and sense of risk awareness.
