Officer, Colour Systems

Role Purpose:

Based in our Manufacturing Plant in Chittagong / Rajendrapur you will assist the departmental manager to ensure production output according to the master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of customer orders. Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules upon conferring with the concerned to meet unforeseen conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control agreed service levels of the Dyehouse department to ensure consistent operational performance.
• Maintain process control on a shift-wise basis to achieve quality KPIs (RFT & CQ).
• Investigate all failed batches promptly and conduct accurate root-cause and WFT analysis.
• Ensure process stability through daily data analysis and auditing of SOPs and work instructions.
• Control the financial performance of the Dyehouse department.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, quality, and environmental standards while promoting 5S practices.
• Achieve departmental EHS KPIs and establish a strong safety culture in line with local and global requirements.
• Manage and develop the Dyehouse team through continuous training, performance feedback, and change adoption.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

Essential 

• A graduate in Textile Technology / Industrial & Production Engineering / Chemical Engineering / M. Sc. in Chemistry or Physics 
• 1-3 years of relevant experience from reputed MNC/Local Manufacturing company, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Manage the shift activity by following company’s safety norms strictly 
• A person having people focus and be a leader
• Achieve production output as per schedule 
• Have a great sense of urgency

• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English desirable.
• High level of attention to detail.
