Role Purpose
Make S&T production Planning according to the determined stock levels and follow up the production and supply timely and appropriate amount of the required raw material by using APO systems.
Plan and prioritize production plan to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Key Responsibilities and Main Activities
- Coordinate production workflow for Grey Threads,
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay,
- Planning of all raw materials (fiber and filaments) for S&T,
- Scheduling of S&T volumes,
- Collaborate & coordinate with production team & rest of the related persons,
- Support S&OP process, providing short/medium term Supply Plan details (production volumes, capacity utilisation, Stock projections,..)
- Collaborate actively in new product Introduction process , supporting data preparation and following the agreed procedures (NGIP, NPI and Zenith).
- Ensure NGIP and Master Data processes are in line with Global Standards. Planning parameters are in line with manufacturing and planning standards (lead times, planning parameters, Bill of Materials, Routings and Capacities
- Review and update MRP settings regularly, submitting relevant Master Data changes through the proper channels and tools. Ensure that Master Data and Planning parameters are in line with standards and demonstrated capability (lead times, BoM, Routings, Capacities,..).
- Monitor the key Planning Performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement/corrective actions to deliver Service, Cost and Cash goals. Support Inventory Management and coordinate activities for SLOBs prevention and reduction.
- Support any technology and planning process enhancements.
- Lead, develop and promote standardization and best practice within the network
Education, Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- University Graduate (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- Good communication skills (Superior in English).
- Planning best Practice knowledge and SAP Knowledge
- Strong statistical and mathematical knowledge.
- Good use of Office tools
- Good problem resolving skills
- Good organization, communication and presentation skills,
