Job Objective

Achieve the annual sales and collection plan through personalized customer service, generating relationship-based, profitable, and high value-added sales, while ensuring full compliance with company policies at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet the assigned area's sales and collection targets.
  • Advise customers on the most suitable products according to their needs, with the support of CosturaTechnical Advisors.
  • Increase market share within the assigned geographical area.
  • Be fully knowledgeable about the product portfolio and value-added services to provide tailored customer solutions.
  • Implement pricing strategies and commercial policies across different portfolios and customer segments.
  • Prepare a weekly report summarizing key commercial actions, market trends, customer updates, opportunities, risks, competitor movements, and sales/collection progress.
  • Fulfill market information requirements requested by the company.
  • Present, promote, and oversee the execution of marketing plans and actions.
  • Communicate the company’s sustainability and innovation projects to customers.
  • Train and support customers in the use of e-commerce tools.
  • Stay updated and participate in virtual training offered by the company.

 

Educational Background

  • Technologist or Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial, Textile, or related fields.

 

Skills and Competencies

  • Customer Service
  • Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in information technologies (Microsoft Office)
  • English Level A2 (basic reading and comprehension)

 

Required Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales roles or similar commercial positions.
