Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Sales report

  • Provide daily, monthly sales reports to sales team
  • Analize and tracking on costing, selling price to ensure correct gross margin
  • Provide required reports and performance metrics to support sales strategy and decision-making
  • Act as a point of contact for customer escalations, resolving issues in a timely manner

 

Document and system

  • Handle administrative duties PM Vietnam sales team
  • Maintain correct standard price on SAP system
  • Set up selling price on system based on approval from managers
  • Support sales team on Contract / Annex with customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer master data for PM Vietnam (CDMS system)
  • Manage customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Accountant Dept for Purchase Request, Purchase Order processing
  • Coordinate with Distribution, Invoice, Customer service, Accountant Dept to solve invoices’ issues
  • Provide sales team required data from system

 

Research, identify and pursue new opportunities, develop sales pipeline

  • Actively search to find new potentials
  • Initially contact and provide required information
  • Communicate to understand the demand / pain points of new customers
  • Prepare sales presentations for their meetings with potential customers

 

Monitor and accelerate realization of new business development

  • Regular tracking on sales pipeline
  • Closely coordinate with commercial team for appropriate actions and convert opportunities into orders ASAP
  • Work closely with Production / Procurement for fast sampling and on-time bulk order deliveries
  • Coordinate with Marketing team for the promoting actions to support the business

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Essential

Desirable

  • 1 years working experience
  • University degree
  • Experience negotiating with external customers
  • Experience working with a teams and creating positive and productive work environments
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good English
  • Good in Microsoft office especially Exell & PowerPoint
