Role Purpose:  
Mục đích công việc:

    • Control WIP/ pick face of all materials in Finishing
      Kiểm soát WIP/ mặt lấy hàng của tất cả nguyên vật liệu tại bộ phận Hoàn tất

      Make requirement the quantity of Material for every shift in winding
      Lập yêu cầu về số lượng nguyên vật liệu cho mỗi ca tại công đoạn quấn

      Control waste thread, exceed thread/ fail thread are released from Finishing
      Kiểm soát sợi phế, sợi dư/ sợi lỗi được loại ra từ bộ phận Đánh ống

     

What you will do (Key Responsibilities): 
Những việc bạn sẽ thực hiện (Trách nhiệm chính)

  • Base production order released, base WIP in production floor and use SAP to require the all kind’s quantity of make-up materials for each Winding shift
    Dựa trên lệnh sản xuất được phát hành, WIP trên sàn sản xuất và sử dụng SAP để yêu cầu đầy đủ số lượng tất cả các loại vật tư phụ cho từng ca đánh ống
  • Ensure all kind of make-up materials always available to satisfy the use-daily for each shift
    Đảm bảo tất cả các loại vật tư phụ luôn sẵn có để đáp ứng nhu cầu sử dụng hàng ngày cho mỗi ca
  • Ensure that there aren’t any winding-machine have to stop by shortage of make-up materials in production floor, it will effect to make poor productivity
    Đảm bảo không có máy quấn nào phải dừng do thiếu vật tư phụ trên sàn sản xuất, tránh ảnh hưởng làm giảm năng suất
  • Ensure that there aren’t any reason lead to make the raw material is stored in pick-face redundantly, it will make the poor of quality or un-tidy in floor or increase waste
    Đảm bảo không có nguyên nhân nào dẫn đến việc lưu trữ dư thừa nguyên vật liệu tại pick-face, gây giảm chất lượng, mất trật tự hoặc tăng hao hụt
  • Arrange and locate raw materials in right place tidy, straight, clean, clear in order for everybody to see it easily and conveniently
    Sắp xếp và bố trí nguyên vật liệu đúng vị trí, gọn gàng, ngay ngắn, sạch sẽ để mọi người dễ dàng nhìn thấy và sử dụng thuận tiện
  • Control Material to ensure the physical quantity in floor will comply with it’s figure in SAP
    Kiểm soát vật tư để đảm bảo số lượng thực tế trên sàn phù hợp với số liệu trong SAP
  • Control Material quantity what it is accompanied with waste-thread, fail-thread or what it is poor quality. Their quantity must be inputted to SAP when it is transferred into the waste-store
    Kiểm soát số lượng vật tư đi kèm với sợi phế, sợi lỗi hoặc chất lượng kém; số lượng này phải được nhập vào SAP khi chuyển vào kho phế
  • Preservation and keep all of tools, instrument, computer, printer … clean in owner working-area
    Bảo quản và giữ tất cả dụng cụ, thiết bị, máy tính, máy in… luôn sạch sẽ trong khu vực làm việc được phân công

  • High school Graduate 
    Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông 
  • Ability to classify yarn count
    Có khả năng phân loại chỉ số sợi
  • Hard-working, diligent, nimble
    Chăm chỉ, siêng năng, nhanh nhẹn
