• Preparation before packing.    包装前准备。

• Check order and drugline information.  核对订单和料单的信息
• Count out the no. of cones and make sure if it can match the order.   

清点线cone的数量是否和订单数量一致

• Check out the cones to see if it match the order.  检查线cone是否与订单一致
• Check out the small and big label, making sure it can match the order.  

检查大小标签，确保信息与订单一致。

• Packing of finished cones.  成品cone的包装

• Snip off the ends of the cones before packing. 包装前首先要剪掉尾线。
• Make a knot at the end of the cones if needed.   如有需要在尾线处打结。
• Sticking the small label onto the cones and then pack into plastic bag. 

在成品cone上贴上小标签,然后包入包装袋。

• Put the finished cones into proper packing boxes, and stick big labels on the boxes.

将成品cone放到包装盒中，并在包装盒上贴上大标签。

• YDES in SAP.   SAP 的入仓

• Check order quantity to see if it the same with finished cones.   

   核对订单的需求数量和包装好的成品cone的数量。

• Do YDES according to the cones packed. 按照实际包装的数量入仓。

  • Keep cleaning of the winding machine and floor around it.  保持打线机及周围地面的清洁。
  • Keep cleaning of all the place he/she worked   保持工作场所的干净整洁。
