Role Purpose

• To ensure all production orders are reviewed according to the best practise and technical training in order to achieve company production targets.
• To ensure that all dye machines experience no delays caused from production orders not screened within an appropriate time frame to ensure nonstop manufacturing or delays on the dye machines.
• To ensure all recipe updates, re-dyes and corrections are obtained from the CF2000e colour physics system only

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

[Focus on 4 – 6 main accountability areas with up to 4 activities for each]

• Pre-screen all orders according to all training documentation directly from the CF2000e system corrections.
• Develop all the re-dyes directly from the system (no manual dyestuff corrections)
• Follow all instructions from the shift Supervisor.
• Other major tasked by Line Manager

• College level education
• Minimum 6 months experience with the Coats Dyehouse
• Colour Stitch – min. level 3
• Proficient in use of CS
• Proficient in use of CS OBM software
• Proficient in use of CS LRM
• Team management experience
• Time management skills
• Train-the trainer capability
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
