  • To continuously improve dyeing quality and service through actively collecting feedback from customers and internal departments such as QA, customer services, sales.
  • To initiate and implement dyeing trials and process improvement for new products or improving current products.

  • Regularly visit customers to understand customers’ requirement on dyeing quality and make response action plans to improve customers’ satisfaction.
  • Thoroughly investigate all customer complaints related to dyeing and propose, manage corrective actions to prevent the recurrence.
  • Proactively review dyeing performance for top failure shade for improvement.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and implement a clear process for shade migration and localization in Hung Yen to avoid complaints of shade variation between lab dip and bulk production.
  • Manage and improve redye performance (redye success rate).
  • Lead and coordinate all production trials.

  • College or above with major in relevant sciences e.g. textiles, chemistry.
  • Solid knowledge of Coats Colour physics and dyeing technical knowledge

 

  • Effective communication.

 

  •  At least 5 years of experience in a dyeing factory
