Production Manager

Job Requirement includes-

Min Education: B.E. in Chemical Engineering, M.Sc. in Chemistry, or a Textile graduate specializing in Wet Processes.

Min Experience: 5-7  years

Job Role includes- 

1. Ensure a safe working environment that complies with Coats Health and Safety policies.
2. Promote a culture of “Doing the Right Thing” through all forms of communication and actions in the area of responsibility.
3. Analyse  production targets and determine the requirement of machinery and work force accordingly.
4. Take necessary steps for cost/time effective implementation of budget.
5. Organize and appoint work force and supervisory staff for the budgeted production.
6. Coordinate with other departments regarding product's quality/service and installation of machinery.
7. Coordinate with CTC in order to understand and implement colour systems leading to cluster wide CF2000E functionality.
8. Liaise with Sales in order to understand customer's needs: both stated and implied.
9. Coordinate with Karachi dye house and finishing departments to standardize  products, processes and systems.
10. Train shift managers/shift executives and plant operators for achievement of key performance indicators.
11. Recommend  improvements and development in  products, processes and systems.
12. Supervision in respect of quality production, engineering affairs, systems and methods, discipline of the departments, effective utilization of   management and non-management staff, implementation of company's quality management system, quality policy and other general rules and regulations.
