Production Supervisor

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

1. Perform routine labour tasks.
2. Perform related duties as assigned
3. Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed including nights weekends and holidays.
4. Coordinate and Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize business interruption and ensure that equipment meet or exceed their rated life.
5. Record and maintain data to develop maintenance history, plans for whole finishing.
6. Repairing the priority Items as production required from other department.
7. Coaching for maintenance people in the areas do repairing maintenance and solving problems 24 hours.
8. Responsible for maintenance quality of the machines.
9. Mobilize and monitor all maintenance people in finishing to full fill maintenance schedule set up by maintenance team in terms of priority Items.
10. Coordinate with production team in shift to repair finishing machinery broken.
11. Arrange training programs for newly recruited workers for both in finishing production and maintenance.
12. Report periodically on maintenance operations and achievement.
13. Participate in recruitment and training process for finishing, footwear and maintenance staff.
14. Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures;

15. Participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedure

16. Maintain good communication with other Section in production factory to achieve collective results.
17. Ensure that the agreed plan of finishing production, service, quality and cost targets are achieved through effective use of people, machinery and materials.
18. Monitoring spare parts consumption and stock level to meet require of maintenance activities.
19. Ensure machine stopped time is within agreed targets.
20. Ensure all machines operate with the safe situation.
21. Other as requested by Direct Manager.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

Essential

Desirable

Two years of college level course work in business, management, engineering, or a related field.

Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.

Two years of increasingly responsible maintenance experience including some lead

supervisory experience

Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently.

Ability to understand and follow directions as given.

Ability to read, writes, speaks and understands English

Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks.

Ability to work effectively under pressure, and against strict time constraints.
